Keep these foods in the food list to increase weight

If you want to increase your weight, you will not have to take high-calorie junk food or just eat nutritious food. You have to choose foods that are both nutrients and energy. And if you do exercise, calories will be reduced from the body so exercise cannot be done if you want to be fat. If you want to travel anywhere, use the car. Watch the TV for a long time.

Now you will be given a list of 20 food items that you will get for proper health   

1. Peanut butter: You can eat peanut butter in the morning after breakfast. It will give you enough energy about 192 calories                             


2. Almond & Honey Rich Foods: Put the nuts and honey rich foods as your breakfast list as a breakfast. You get about 500 calories. Besides, it is a meal that will make your breakfast snack-tasty.

3. Butter: butter will help you increase long-term weight. But butter will be eating a little quantity. Because eating a lot of butter can cause the problems in your heart again.


4. Bread: Extra calories and large amount of carbohydrate in the bread. 

5. Corn bread: You can eat corn bread in the morning or in the afternoon. Corn contains a lot of carbohydrate you can eat corn bread with soup.


6. Cheese: One spoon Cheese contains 69 calories. Cheese is made of milk so it contains plenty of protein, calcium, fat and cholesterol.

7. Fruit  juice: Fruit juice is a healthy and nutritious way to increase weight. 100% fruit juice will give plenty of sugar and nutrition to your body.

8. Pasta and Noodles: Pasta and Noodles provide a calorie-rich food and sugar so it is known as a healthy and high calorie diet. You can eat a lot of pasta or noodles daily.

9. Shrimp: Shrimp contains plenty of nutritious and essential acids that will help you increase your health.

10. Wheat bread: You can get 69 calories from eating wheat bread. This will increase your weight.

11. Dried fruits: You can get faster calories by eating dry fruits. As a result of dried fruit, there is a lot of calories in it.

12. Barley bread: Barley bread may be suitable for breakfast in the morning. It contains lots of fiber and nutrients.

13. Yogurt: Yogurt will give you a similar strength of 118 calories. It is one of the fat-free foods. Add curd to your daily diet list.

14. Healthy fats and oils: Add fat like fat to your diet list, which will result in a lack of calories. You can use olive oil as edible oil.

15. Brown rice: Brown rice will give you plenty of fiber to carbohydrate and health enhancement components.

16. Banana: A banana contains 100 calories. Not only have calories in banana, but it helps to increase your energy efficiency. 

17. Nuts and seeds: To increase health, nuts and seeds will be eaten. Nuts and seeds contain polyunsaturated fats that will play a vital role in your health.

18. A whole egg: It is full of protein and three types of vitamins. There are vitamins A, D, E and lots of cholesterol.

19. Beans: The main source of protein in the beans. So you can use the beans as an alternative to animal meat.


20. Potato: Potato contains a lot of carbohydrate and complex sugar. You can increase your health by eating regular cooked boiled potatoes.
