1. There is a conception that if the predecessors have a history of heart attack, the next generation of heart attacks will increase the tendency. This idea is completely wrong. Rather, adequate nutrient deficiency, irregular lifestyle, alcoholism, and smoking can cause a heart attack.
2. It is not advisable to exclude fat from diet to reduce the risk of heart attack. The hydrogen oil in trans fat is unstable for the heart. But cheeses, eggs, avocados and salmon are rather beneficial fat for heart. 3. Many people think that pain in chest means a heart attack. But the fact is that the heart attack may come in addition to pain in chest. Dizziness, difficulty breathing, and symptoms of being confused. 4.Many people think that keeping diabetes under control, reducing the risk of heart attack. There is no reason to think so. Cholesterol levels, obesity can increase the risk of heart attack for many things.
5. It is often thought that men have a higher risk of heart attack compared to women. Although men tend to be more prone to younger age, but there are many things like stress, obesity, which also increase the risk of heart attack among women.
